AI Business Operations Hub
Problem
A small business runs sales, support, and marketing out of the same inbox and phone. Nothing is logged, replies are inconsistent, and letting an AI answer unsupervised risks sending the wrong thing to a real customer.
Solution
Seven linked workflows behind one inbound router. Website form, Gmail, and Telegram messages are normalized and classified by intent and risk with Gemini, then handed to the right specialist — a support agent grounded in a knowledge-base data table with an office-hours tool, or a sales workflow where a Groq-hosted model extracts lead facts and deterministic JavaScript scores them hot/warm/cold. A weekly content engine drafts channel-specific marketing from the content calendar. Every outbound message, without exception, passes through a shared approval gate that sends the draft to Telegram with Approve/Reject buttons and waits up to 12 hours before anything leaves. A central logger writes each event to an audit table, and a system monitor catches any failed execution instantly and posts an 8 AM digest of the last 24 hours.
Lead Qualification System
Problem
Inbound leads arrive from a website form and an inbox, then sit unscored until someone reads them — hot buyers cool off while cold ones eat reply time.
Solution
Dual-intake pipeline (webhook + Gmail trigger) that deduplicates against Airtable, scores every new lead 1–100 with a Gemini agent using a structured output parser, then routes by score: Hot (80+) upserts and pings Telegram instantly, Warm (50+) is filed for follow-up, Cold gets an automated nurture email. A scheduled companion workflow sweeps Airtable for stale leads and reports them.
AI Customer Support Agent
Problem
Customers ask the same questions across text, screenshots, and voice notes — and the ones that actually need a human get buried with everything else.
Solution
Multimodal Telegram support agent: images and voice notes are transcribed and described by Gemini before reaching the agent, which answers from a Supabase vector store built on the company FAQ and keeps conversation memory per customer. Anything it can't handle calls an escalation sub-workflow that logs the case and alerts staff, who reply straight from Telegram via a relay workflow. A daily job reports support metrics back to the team.
AI Call Answering System
Problem
Small businesses miss calls outside hours and pay receptionists to handle repetitive booking questions.
Solution
Voice AI webhook that handles inbound calls, routes by intent (FAQ, booking, reschedule, cancel, message), books appointments to Google Calendar, and sends multi-channel confirmations via Telegram and Email. Includes a daily 9 AM reminder system for next-day appointments.
